I have a good friend who is an insurance agent with another company. He has tried many times to switch me over, always telling me about how much I could save. As I told him, Im not just with American Family because of the price. (Although their prices are competitive) Im also there because I like Heston and they have EXCELLENT service. Anytime I needed help, he was there and had my back, including after hours and weekends. Lorrie in the office is the same way. Always 110% effort to help! You cannot put a price tag on consistent, reliable and friendly service, even when it isn’t convenient for them. American Family, Heston, and Lorrie get my vote and my business!

I love American Family. Heston is great and easy to work with. My daughter was in a car accident and American Family took care of the main stressful parts. Car was also fixed pretty quickly. Definitely give them a try you will not regret it.

The cheapest, most professional to the point establishment I've come across in the auto insurance department. They're always a call a way and their customers service exceeds all expectations! If you take a chance with them, call and ask for Sam! Everyone's so friendly, but Sam always took care of us!

I've had many insurance companies. I started with American Family when I was sixteen. I should have never left but I did come back. I could not ask for better agents than Hesten and Sam. Not to mention the rest of the staff. You won't regret it. I recommend them and American Family!!
