As a CPA who has been working in accounting and finance most of my life and who has dealt with many insurance carriers, middlemen administrators, brokers, adjusters, and attorneys, Tangram would be among the worst client service experiences I've ever encountered.
No professionalism and zero communication. In all my years of business, and dealing with thousands of different types of vendors and businesses, Tangram Insurance Services is the absolute worst. Avoid working with this company at all costs .
Horrible website and trying to get anyone to help you make a payment is impossible. I am afraid to know what will happen if we need to file a claim.
Interesting, nice staff. They all seem to be working remotely and one has parrots very loud in the background. Pretty cool.
No one ever answers the phone. I've been calling all day, clicking on different extensions and I have not gotten through to anyone yet!!!!!!!
