I have been working with Geoff for my car insurance for 20 years and I have been very happy with Geoff, Vanny, Jen and the entire staff! The whole team is extremely responsive, caring and competent. In every accident I’ve experienced, I’ve opted to handle the claim through my own insurance instead of relying on the other party, because Geoff’s team has always looked out for my best interests and advocated for me throughout the process. Geoff and his State Farm team are 2nd to none. Every interaction I have had with them I leave feeling not only less worried or stressed, but it's as if I just interated with a good friend. They always respond to emails and phone calls within hours. They make the claim process seamless. Just last month, my daughter totaled her car. Geoff was the first person I called. He directed me where to get it towed, how I'd be reimbursed, walked me through the claim process, and within a couple weeks everything was done--including having the money in my bank for the totaled car. We use Geoff for all of our auto and home insurance. I have many other examples, but I could not recommend a better insurance agent.
