Go absolutely anywhere else they cannot save card info so they will make you call and give that sensitive information over the phone monthly or you can go in and pay a late fee and come on monthly joke of a company charging 160$ for liability avoid at all costs.

This place is money hungry went to them for a quote for a new car purchased. Blew my phone up back to back 3 days later “for updated information just to try to charge me extra and now is still texting me . Haven’t even made first payment and harassment is already started with LOUIS.

Great place and offers good prices. Rosa is very helpful and informative. The only thing I believe that needs an update is the website for Talro Insurance. Sometimes you can pay online and sometimes you cannot. The website is inconsistent and every now and then it does not recognize your QPS number even if you previously paid online with that exact number.

Rosa from the Joliet location was excellent from the first time I’ve gotten my insurance till now. She is phenomenal, Rosa is very professional and let’s you know what’s going on with your insurance. I highly recommend her if anyone need coverage
