What is absolutely amazing about this Team-they provide you with what you need, when you need it. They explain what needs to be explained. They are the experts and they help you understand and make sure you are appropriately covered. For me-talking about insurance is like going to the dentist-I don’t want to. They make it easy and when you are finished-you are more knowledgeable. I have been with this team through many life changes and they have been supportive every step of the way. I have called Rick Papp many times. Both he and his assistant, Michelle Holland have been extremely helpful. Most recently they reassessed my homeowner's insurance to make sure the property is correctly valued. Additionally, I called because I hadn't received a 1099 form. Within 24 hours Michelle got me the form.

Rick has been a great guy to work with. Highly recommend giving him a call. He is always open and honest, after one conversation you’ll know he is the right guy. If I could put another star I would.
