Went in by my mother to create an account and see what they have to offer me. (Recommended) The worker that took us to the back the account manager. She was very rude with my mother, mumbled under her breath, had no patience and was horrible at explaining about everything to her. Then said sneaky insulting comments based on how we were applying. Good place nasty person.

There is always a person to talk to when we have general questions about our plan and they are very helpful with resolving problems if/when they arise.
