Joe is The Freakin Best. I really cant express in words how thankful I am for his hard work, and his ability to put hammer to nail when it comes to business and taking care of his commercial clients. I had a very expensive pressure washing system, stolen on a trailer. Joe and his employees; Eliza & Judy are all nothing less than an absolute All-Star team. They cut through all the ribbons and red tape of their claims department when I felt I wasn’t being taken care of, and they made sure that everything went right and got my pay out swiftly and quickly. From now on when I call Joe’s office, I will refer to him as “Papi Moncada” because he is daddy when it comes to getting things done in business 🤣. Jokes aside, Joe not just “the man” when it comes to insurance. Joe is the absolute GRAND MAS
