Tall Tree Administrators

Unfortunately Tall Tree is the only insurance provider that my employer offers. Tall Tree will do whatever possible to avoid covering prescriptions, visits, treatments, etc. The absolute worst provider in an already completely flawed system

Figured I’d chime in on the reviews with my experience having tall tree as my insurance provider. I only had them for a few months and it was a couple years back. This was through my employer. I went to the drs and informed them my insurance coverage changed and handed them my talk tree card. They were just as confused as I was when I saw it. “Never heard of them” . I’d hear this time and time again. Literally no where takes this insurance it’s an absolute joke. This place should be investigated for fraud. Why are people paying into a plan that you can’t even use anywhere? Luckily I’m now covered under my husbands insurance Blue cross blue shield. An actual insurance company that you don’t have to be embarrassed when presenting your card during a medical visit.

I will say, the customer service representatives are incredibly knowledgable and helpful - thank you to Jazmin and Mindy for their patience with me, as I am still trying to better understand insurance as a young adult. Unfortunately, Tall Tree is really not accepted many places and I feel as though I have not had much luck with coverage through them.

Tall Tree Administrators is a joke! I, like the other reviewer, am only giving them 1 star because I had to give them something. First off, I think its highly suspicious that the only good reviews are from employees and they are all in a 7 to 9 month time frame....almost like they had a directive to write reviews. I can attest and confirm the review from 2 years ago is still true to this day. They have not paid claims and will not return emails or phone calls. (Can someone say pattern?) Whenever I've presented insurance cards, I've gotten the response "Hmmm, never heard of these guys, let me check...." I have $1400.00 in unpaid medical bills because this company failed to pay claims falsely stating I was inactive during time of service or when the claim was processed. My claims were repeatedly filed under an incorrect member id number which also has accounted for nonpayment of claims. I have spent many hours on the phone trying to resolve these issues. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be filing a complaint with the Utah department of labor. I have learned that my case is not unique. Others have filed similar complaints about this company.
