Very rude women that works there! Also my boyfriend has multiple cars on the policy that he wanted more coverage on different vehicles because some don't get drove and some are very expensive and she said no they all have to have the same coverage so he talked to the company that he actually has insurance through and they said that is absolutely not true! She also added me onto his account for his vehicles without ANYBODYS permission when we don't have anything together I have my own vehicle with my own insurance in my name!! He will be finding a different company asap they are way to rude to their own customers!!

When I call , I a call back. When tracie says she will look into something she does and calls you back. I will always use them as my insurance agent.
