What a wonderful experience I had today with Elisa! I have a very unusual situation and she guided me through my options with so much caring, empathy and genuine support! We went over medical, dental and optical options. I never felt rushed in my decision and she explained my options thoroughly. She looked up providers in my area to make sure they were covered by the plans we were looking at. We weighed options for what would benefit me financially and she put my health and budget first instead of her financial gain. Working with Elisa & Melissa on my health insurance options was such a blessing!
