At one time Takach and Associates was great. My wife and I were with them for almost 10 years with our home owners and auto insurance. Unfortunately over time they just became horrible to deal with and lazy. Never got call backs, never provided an actual good price. First I brought my auto insurance elsewhere when they "couldn't find a good deal" when I found insurance almost half the monthly on my own. When my most recent home owners pulled out of NY they decided to wait to call me back 4 days before my policy expired after I gave them a month to find something and all they came back with was Kingstone which anyone who does research knows how horrible they are and at more then I currently paying or a second company that he wouldn't even tell me who the second provider was. pricing is super affordable unlike other brokers. i pay a fraction of the price than big brand companies charge. always helpful and knowledgeable of what’s needed and not. always look out for the customers best interest and will not steer you in the wrong direction. kasey and peggy are the sweetest people ever and guided me in the best direction. experienced professionals here
