Nationwide Insurance: Bagatta Associates Inc.

Unsure why someone would give them a 1 star review. I've been using Bagatta associates for years, and they've made my life easier. They manage my business insurance policies, workers comp policies, auto policies and home owners insurance policies, they are very organized and make sure that I am up to date with all my requirements, and they are always looking for the fairest prices for me. I love having Bagatta as my broker and I can't see myself using anybody else.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WIHT THEM. YOU CAN NEVER GET THROUGH TO THEM ON THE PHONE. IT TOOK ABOUT 3 MONTHS TO FINALLY GET MARYANNE TO RETURN A PHONE CALL (SHE WOULD HAVE HER ASSISANT WHO DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE SITUATION, HANDLE THE ISSUE) AND WHEN SHE DID GET BACK TO US, SHE DIDNT WANT TO BE BOTHER TAKING CARE OF THE PROBLEM THAT SHE CAUSED IN THE FIRST PLACE. ITS ABOUT A YEAR AND HALF LATER, WE MOVED ONTO A DIFFERENT COMPANY AND THERE IS STILL AN ISSUE THAT HAS TO DO WITH BAGATTA ASSOCIATES. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE. NO HELP. CANT DO THERE JOB. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. IM SURPRISED THEY ARE STILL IN BUSEINSS.

Unhelpful and uncaring when you need them. Only responsive when they are setting up a new policy for you for obvious reasons.
