The most difficult insurance agency I have ever dealt with. In my honest opinion and based on recent events, good customer service and prompt response/action certainly are not their forte'. Fortunately, ERIE insurance is a great company that we have had for decades and has other, better agencies in our area to choose from!

Very polite. Goes out and beyond to help you in any way they can. Never ever had a problem with them. They have been my insurance for many years. And I can get Full coverage cheaper here than any other place says I can get you less. So go check them out for your needs.

Terrible experience! These people used my driving record from 20 years ago against me. 0 stars is not low enough. And this was a whole week after they quoted me.horrible way to do business!!!
