Love the people here! Kevin is a great insurance agent, so are the ladies that work with him. I totaled my car after hitting a deer. Soooo easy to file a claim on the app. Jourdan who works in the office has been so helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. It’s so easy being able to text her rather than having to make a phone call every time. Thank you to the State Farm team for all your help and making the transition as smooth as possible!

Worst. Insurance. Agent. Ever. If you can get them on the phone, which I bet you can’t, they are very rude and don’t care about you. I had to leave multiple phone messages just to get a text response. They tried to handle my issues through text messaging, messing my account up and getting more charges on my bill without telling me why or what they were for. So when I tried to call to figure it out, guess what, no one would pick up the phone. Needles to say, I switched to progressive and my bill is now much lower and my deductible is also half of what it was with State Farm for the same coverage.

Kevin and Jourdan are top notch, very professional and extremely friendly. They went above and beyond to get my newly licensed daughter the perfect policy not to mention saving my wife and I a substantial amount of money. I would highly recommend Kevin Maziarz.

Kevin is an extremely nice guy. He's always answered any questions I've had regarding my policy and even calmed my anxiety about abnormal questions I have. His office is warm, welcoming and always smells good. Jourdan is always so sweet and kind anytime I've talked to her over the phone (again, with my anxiety that's been quite alot 😆). 100/100 I will be with Kevin and his office for insurance as long as I reside in Meadville. Kevin went above and beyond to help me get my rear side window replaced on a Saturday for me while on vacation. He made the process with insurance go smoothly. I highly recommend him and state farm insurance.
