Having trusted my insurance needs in the hands of Susan Erkfritz and her team over 30 years ago, I could not have been more satisfied with the professional service I have received, starting with Susan and each member of her team who I was in contact with through the years, in particular with Shannon. I must also note that for me, being a Psychologist, personal, trusting and honest relations between service providers and their customers are just as important, if not more important, than a good professional relationship – and you certainly have it. KUDOS!

I am helping my grandma post this review: I made an appointment with Susan Erkfrita my State Farm Insurance agent to review my insurance policies, i,e,.homeowners, car, umbrella and earthquake. I so appreciated the time and patience she spent with me to review these policies. She explained in terms I could easily understand as to what I could change to have coverage reflecting today’s costs. Susan is very knowledgeable, patient and not pushy. She gives you different options that allow you to make a decision based on your personal finances. I highly recommend her services.

When I first purchased my house in Thousand Oaks in 1991 my then current insurance would not insure the house as I have a small area of open land in the back. That is when I met Susan Erkfritz with State Farm. My house was insured with her until 2021: 30 years of excellent service and the best insurance agent I have ever worked with based on several properties and insurers. Circumstances changed for me and I made the mistake of switching insurance companies from State Farm. I assure you it was not for lack of service or coverage. It was a major mistake on my part and one I seriously regret. If I could give Susan 10 stars I would and highly recommend her as your agent.

Highly recommend Susan and her team. We have had our home and auto policies with Susan since 2010 and have always had great service. We always get a prompt response to any email or phone call. Everything is explained in detail. In this current market where insurance companies are dropping clients, we have been very fortunate to have been renewed by SF even though we are in a high fire zone...like much of Southern California. Our premium was increased but not nearly as much as we had anticipated. We are very happy with the service we receive.
