Jeff S. Garcia insurance adviser first sent me approved quote and said we are all set for our worker’s compensation insurance and then he disappeared , ignored my phone call, voice mails and emails for 6 days! Only to later tell me that we were actually declined because of the sport nature of our business. Could have been better communicator and not giving any assurances to us if he wasn’t sure.

My wife and I have been with Coverhound for just over a year. The time the staff spends with you from picking out and explaining the policy options are priceless. I am happy to know that Coverhound hires employees that do more than sell you a policy, they care. The continued in house customer support is what you want when you have a question or more importantly are involved in an accedent. I have my team behind me. Thank you CH☺

my experience is very bad. I spoke to agent and she spent time with me in finding a insurance plan for me. She said she will send in email so that I can review and decide. Not received a single email from her. trying to reach coverhound but it goes to voicemail. looks very strange.
