Superior Insurance

Terrible experience. Brokers are uncommunicative and don't return phone calls. I called them on Monday with an issue, they said they would return my phone call in an hour and nothing happened. I called a couple of days throughout the week with each person saying they would get back to me shortly- none of them ever following through with their word. My insurance was cancelled due to a failure ON THEIR BAHALF to honor signed documents for the auto-payments of my policy. Hence, I lost hundreds of dollars on the downpayment of my policy and risked legal penalties for not having insurance. "Unhelpful" would be an understatement.

This is the worst insurance experience of my life. You would be better off doing your own research and calling around for quotes. I thought I would give this company a try, to go along with my new car, I thought I would try out new insurance. I got signed up with a reasonable rate. Everything was going well, until I get a text at 2:47pm the day my first premium was due, to request address verification as a letter was returned. hmmmm. Well I got a letter 10 days ago with coverage and premium verification, okay. But it turns out the letter that was returned was requesting proof of my previous insurance coverage to qualify for a discount. So because I never got this, the insurance company went in and took and additional $84.00 on top of the premium, WITHOUT MY CONSENT. This is not how you

Had so many issues when I got Safeco through them. They kept putting me on the back burner until I finally gave up and switched insurance. Even then they would avoid my calls to cancel my insurance. It got to the point where I had SafeCo call them on my behalf to talk to them.

These Guys are awesome signed up with them about 3 years ago have car insurance home owners insurance through them even had them stop by to see how things were when Bo was there he was awesome now Gregg is who i deal with and he also has went above and beyond for me always answers when i call even when hes not in the office Great experience with these guys!!!!

WORST COMPANY TO EVER GET INSURANCE THROUGH . DONT GO THROUGH THEM . CONNOR AND GREG ARE BOTH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . I SIMPLY WANTED TO CANCEL MY LIABILITY POLICY THAT I HAVEN'T HAD FOR EVEN A WEEK AND IVE BEEN HARASSED AND GREG HAS BEEN RUDE TO MY MOTHER IN LAW AND HES RACIST . I SENT HIM VERIFICATION OF MY NEW INSURANCE ( THAT WAS ALMOST 200 DOLLARS LESS AND WHEN I TOLD HIM I WANTED TO CANCEL HE PUSHED ME TRYING TO GET ANOTHER QUOTE FROM CONNOR , WHICH I DONT WANT . THESE PEOPLE ARE RIDICULOUS FOR INSURANCE AGENTS AND DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CLIENTS . MY MOTHER IN LAW AND GRANDFATHER ARE BOTH INSURANCE AGENTS AND HAVE NEVER TREATED CLIENTS LIKE THAT .
