I have worked with both James and Joni on various insurance needs (including help with Connect for Health Colorado and our switch to Medicare) for several years now. I feel so grateful for them. Not only are they responsive, competent, efficient and well-informed, but there is a sense of real caring about our personal well-being as they have helped us navigate the various options. I have been dealing with Joni and her agency for over 10 years, when I initially went on Medicare. Joni's firm is the most knowledgeable Medicare insurance company I have ever dealt with. She steered me to the best Medicare supplemental policy and then saved my wife and me even more money when she recommended that we switch to a much lower cost G plan. Even though there is very little financial reward for her firm, She is always available to help evaluate our annual Part D review.
