The adjusters are horrible, they could care less about the injured, they dont pay on time , talk to you as you are nobody. The managers stay hidden and wont make the adjusters do their jobs. They need more adjusters period.. sorry for anyone who has to deal with such a company.

Your building mars the once elegant beauty of Downtown Lakeland. It is an eyesore.

If you are a business owner and considering Summit or your agent is presenting them run! As a business owner the botched 3 claims and not only impact the employee negatively but also the company and it’s been a nightmare with them and a huge time drain. Moved carriers after they then wanted to charge an additional premium due to their negligence. Run

I’ve spent a lifetime avoiding any assistance from any any entity, be they private or Govt. Summit Insurance made my first need for Workmans Comp protection so right. Their Agent ,Katie Bly, was and is a testament to excellence regarding the handling of my case as She represented my Employer and Her Summit Holder. The LORD GOD was so gracious to me with Summit and their Outstanding Rep/Agent, Katie Bly. 5 Stars all day.

It might be a great place to work, but as for their services...they are very inefficient. Do not use this company as your insurance for workers. They take for ever to get things approved and the worker ends up being on the short end of the stick. Their conditions worsen before they take action. We have been waiting for 4 weeks to get some therapy sessions approved post-operation and they still haven't approved them. Employers, stay away from this company!!!
