Stacey was very helpful in helping me change my plan before I had to have hip replacement surgery . I had been with the same agent for years, however the agent never conducted an annual review of my plan to see if there were better options for me. Stacey was able to switch me to a new plan that had better benefits at the same cost. I had my hip replacement and even received coverage to enter a facility at no cost to help me with my recovery. You might already be signed up for Medicare, however its in your best interest to speak with Stacey to see if there are new programs/options available for you that your current agent is not sharing with you.
