Dodgy. Solicited my SON by saying "his" policy will renew soon. Uhm, no. Neither he nor the homeowners has ever had a policy through this agent. I do not think they deserve ONE star but I could not post otherwise.

Ask way to much personal information. Ask for a quote on our house. Not a quote on us!! Want your insurance you have now. The game to see how much your paying to adjust the figures like car salesman. Joseph said I can find out anyway. But if your not willing to share he couldn't do anything. I said we'll if you can get info anyway why Ask. Then I hung up!!!!

So just as a quick update from the Allen family... If we could change one star to maybe a quarter of a star, we would do that. We just went to a dealership to try to buy a car. I used to have a credit score of 680 before buying the house. That was a year ago. As it turns out I lost 40 points maybe more on my credit because of the numerous times I told Randy to cancel our Progressive insurance. Randy kept on telling us that he had canceled it. Randy never canceled it. Not only do we have insanely high insurance rates because of that action but now we cannot get a car that our whole family was going to be depending on. I don't know why he continues to work here and there is no way of fixing her credit. We tried to be responsible and you And trust our agent to do the right thing. And all it d

Maybe the others are good. Randy absolutely is not. Our insurance rates kept fluctuating each month. We would contact him and he would blame our insurance company and say he would fix it. Never did. Then got us black listed for insurance for the next 6 months. Definitely do your research and find a broker who knows what they are supposed to do and WORKS. We later found out from his employer that this is something he is known to do with various other customers. We called to complain and got "ahh your insurance agent must be Randy." If that doesn't speak volumes, I dont know what does. How he can still have a job while his employer knows he is problematic is crazy.
