Amazing customer service. We needed a tow service as my engine blew in my car. An hour later after we called tow service was there to pickup the car. I needed to take a car off my policy it was quick and easy. A few weeks later I needed to add a new car to my policy and it was quick and easy! Great prices for home and car insurance.

I was involved in a vehicle accident on a Friday evening 6/27/2025, and our vehicle was considered a total loss. I sent all of the information that I had regarding the accident to our State Farm agent on the next Saturday morning 6/28/2025. To my complete surprise, my e-mail was answered by our State Farm Customer Service Representative Heather B. on the very next Sunday afternoon 6/29/2025. Heather's assistance was above and beyond what was expected as she helped navigate us through the entire process after your vehicle is totaled. We are very satisfied with all of our insurance needs through State Farm!
