I reached out to the Sullivan Group for a new insurance policy for my home and auto. Tim Gleason reached out to me and did a ridiculously good job. Incredibly detailed in every interaction, I haven't experienced this level of service before. 6:30pm on a Friday night and Tim is emailing me with information. Recapping our phone calls minutes later with an email. Following up, but never pushing the process too fast or just trying to get things over with. He gave me a great quote even as Massachusetts insurance rates are jumping everywhere. He works with multiple insurance carriers and it's a waste of your time to go anywhere else. Tim is lights out exceptional!

Sullivan facilitates my car and home insurance and I wouldn't have it any other way. Matt Sacco and Jeff Mackie are both extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. The practice is great at what they do!
