I had a unique insurance requirement, I converted a rescue vehicle (think ambulance with a large winch, carried the jaws of life, etc.) to a camper. In North Carolina, I had minimum issues getting it insured. But when we moved to Virginia, yikes, attempting to get insurance became a full time job. I contacted Geico, Allstate, State Farm, Roamly, etc. There were days where I felt like I was dating insurance agents, as I kept getting ghosted... Progressive insured us for a whole 30 days, before sending us a cancelation of the policy due to the "body type", and that was after I sent them pictures, like seriously?? All I wanted was liability insurance to protect other motorists... but no... every insurance agency wanted nothing to do with our "house car" (as North Carolina classified it)

A great experience. Denise got me a great policy in minutes but spent about an hour talking to her as we both were raised in this area. It was the best customer service I have had in years.

Terry and Denise provide excellent advice and guidance, including what to do when one does "happen" to get in a wreck on I-95! We started working with Terry back when we first got to Virginia, roughly February of 2022. Focusing on Terry as she is the principal, she has always been cheerful and honest. She found for us that which i requested - the lowest price with a firm called Northern Neck (which i will review separately) - and i accepted that this might mean the biggest PITA if anything ever happened, but to my surprise they were great dealing with our recent claim (and i had done comps for the car prior to their offer). Though the "lowest price", Terry does not sacrifice service to the folks who come to her just to be able to "low ball" a price; you can rely on her ethics and knowledge
