My agent with this agency is Marshall Sherrod and let me tell you he’s the best agent/broker with whom I’ve had the pleasure of conducting business. He is thorough and sincerely wants to get you into a program that fits your needs. At renewal time he goes over the changes coming to your current policy and then tells you about the one or two best policies for the coming year that he thinks might be also be right for me, but never pushes one over the other and leaves the choice to me. I’ve had to call him a couple of times on questions I had in the middle of the year and even though there was no opportunity for him to earn something he still took the time to answer all of my questions and Concerns. Having recently “aged into” Medicare, I was faced with navigating new health insurance. I can not imagine doing this on my own. I received numerous cards and pamphlets in the mail touting “this plan is the best and that company is the only one I should speak with.” Too much already. I purchased insurance through this company a couple of months ago, and I have to say they made insurance easy. I was walked through the entire process by their professional staff, given multiple options to fit my needs, and most importantly I was treated with respect. They actively made sure to educate me and clear up and and all questions I had. I only wish that I had found Stone Tapert earlier, they saved me money and made things simple enough for me to understand every aspect. 10/10
