This message to all Charles Martin clients check your policy And make sure your are in good coverage Because I am with this office 3 year, + And I have water damage in my house I did claim through State Farm And adjuster, came to check my house After 10 days I received call and they say State Farm Insurance they denied it you’re claim because you’re a policy is not cover pipe water damage because this office they sell me cheap policy coverage and I didn’t know that. I paid over 18k to repair my house again don’t trust State Farm insurance and this office I will take you guys to small court claim

This is a review of Charles Martin and his office manager, Catherine, not of State Farm. A few years ago, I realized I needed an agent to talk to, answer questions, and deal with issues, so I chose Charles. It was a great decision. Charles and his office manager, Catherine, have been a pleasure to work with, whether I was buying a new home, filing a claim, or just had random questions that needed answering. I always received prompt, clear, and thorough responses. When my claim went sideways (again, not a review of State Farm), Charles and Catherine fixed it immediately - I had a response and a check within hours. Highly recommended.

Charles and his team are absolutely amazing! My husband and I have been with State Farm for years, but we were very unhappy with our previous agent. Our dear friends highly recommended Charles, so we switched and we are SO glad we did! Charles is easy to reach (office or mobile) and is always ready to help in anyway he can. He went WAY out of his way to save us money on our current policies and we just couldn't be a happier. If you are looking for a State Farm agent, don't go with anyone by Charles.

I decided to get new quotes for all my insurance needs (home, cars, boats). I had good insurance but my combined premiums were a bit insane (2 teenage drives) and the attention provided to my needs by our insurance agents was never what I hoped for. I received bids from approximately 5 different companies and Charles provided the best customer service by far. He took a great deal of time to understand our needs and provided honest quotes in a very timely manner. His advice was direct and upfront which I greatly appreciated. He responded to all my emails (which were many) within 10 minutes of my sending them and his response time since then has been met at the same level. I highly recommend this agent.

Charles Martin is the best insurance agent that I have ever had. He and his team are honest, on top of things and I always feel assured that I have the best coverage for my home, cars and life insurance policies. They regularly check in to make sure I am happy with what I have and are available at any time to answer any questions. I could not recommend them higher.
