This review is specifically about the Spokane office on 57th and Lynn Richards one of the agents in this office. I was driving by this office over 10 years ago shortly after buying a new home and wanted to get a quote for home and auto insurance. Lynn took all my information looked into the various insurance companies and got me the best insurance for my situation and the rate was considerably less than the previous company I had. Every year she reviews my insurance options and goes over with me the options I have. I had been rear-ended recently with a SUV that I had just purchased the month before. She helped me negotiate the repair and helped me work with my insurance company. She's always responsive and helps with any questions I may have.
