One of the fastest decisions I've ever made. Cassie Sherril (sp?) was thorough and already had my info from my previous insurance in front of her. She was able to match my low deductible policy and saved me $80 a month with the same coverage. I almost didn't believe her but, she was knowledgeable, didn't pressure me and easy to talk to. Just to let you know I don't like change, considering I have been with my previous insurance company since 1992. So give her a chance to save you some money with an insurance company that has a great reputation.

I switched to Brandon Cook State Farm a few years ago. Saved $ and someone is always available to answer question. Ian is always so helpful with my coverages and Tammy always nudges me when it's time to pay up!! Thank you all for your outstanding service!

Ean was great to work with! He was efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk to. I definitely prefer his sales technique as a problem solver over high pressure sales. Rates were affordable so I am going to give State Farm a try.

I started working with Cassie Sherrill last year in regard to transferring our home/auto insurance to St. Farm. I had too much other stuff going on so didn't follow through on this action. This year, a few days ago, I decided to get this done and reached out to Cassie again. She had maintained all of the correspondence between the two of us from last year and after updating some key information we crossed the 'finish line' today. She was so professional and timely in her responses to my questions. I would highly recommend working with her, and the office in which she works, if you are interested in making changes to your existing home and/or auto insurance. I saved over $1200 annually by making the switch!! Job well done!!
