Terrible customer service. I was constantly given the run around by these guys. My rates increased at a crazy rate, and they never gave me the time of day to go through my policy and explore other options. I shopped elsewhere and was able to save substantially with a new policy. I'd advise anyone experiencing the same issues to do the same. Wish I would have years ago.
