Cancelled my insurance by "sending me a letter" I never received. I learned that i wasn't insured after 2 weeks from my mortgage company. When I tried to work out a new rate it was over $1000 more. I'd recommend these people to my worst enemy, but only because I hate them and am petty.

Excellent customer service with no errors and very knowledgeable of their trade. The lady that took care of me was clear in conversation and always had a sweet disposition. They did all of the foot work and saved me $100 on my monthly insurance bill. They also recommended a switch to another specific agency after 1 year to cut my insurance payments even more. I'd recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for the service and please keep up the good work.

If I could give less stars I would I had this insurance for years . They messed up the billing quite a few times double billing. Here in the last few months I got a new car they randomly enrolled me in a new plan that costed way more Trough a whole diffrent company. So I left them o have request a letter my new insurance needs 4 times and 4 times they "sent it" now my new company dropped me because they didn't receive it. Save yourself the time from calling and the head ache stay away

I will never go with this place again I didn't like this place from the beginning! The women who work there are very rude not customer friendly at all! Little fyi go some where else. Thanks for the headache. Don't deserve any stars but guess you have to give them one just to leave review!

Stillwell insurance is very helpful. Every time I call they answer all my questions. The people that wotk there are pleasant and professional.
