On July 15th we took some HEAVY tree damage to our garage, home, and shed due to a Bow Echo storm.The next morning we assessed damages and knew a claim was necessary. Called Frank at 8:11 to let him know the details. He was in our driveway by 8:31. I was shocked and relieved! He handled the situation with grace and knowledge then was off to help 2 of our neighbors who also were clients with damage. Frank and his staff as well as the adjusters have been AMAZING from start to finish! This is a customer oriented business and we are so thankful for the wonderful service.

Frank and his team have been extremely helpful with all of our questions and finding the perfect plan for our family. The team is easy to talk to and always very helpful. Living in a small town it is nice to be able to communicate with an actual person and also a person who lives in the same similar lifestyle as everyone in our community! Definitely recommend!

We talked to Amythyst Zalud about our insurance. We have a farm besides the truck, car, trailers and other items that need insurance. She was very helpful in getting answers to all our questions and making sure we were comparing apples to apples with the policy we currently have.
