Super unprofessional insurance company. Especially Lori. You don’t call and harass people who got into an accident with your clients and talk to them in a threatening manner. When you have a claim, you contact the insurance company, not the person who had the accident with your clients. Learn to have some respect and privacy for people and their lives. Absolutely horrible person.

Have used Stewart and Associates since I first got auto insurance! Would recommend to anyone. Any time I need to file a claim or anything I just call my agent Cathy and she handles everything for me. Have never had an issue, and many family members have changed over to the agency as well. They always get us the best rates & everyone in the office is very friendly and professional. Laurie, Cathy and Kip as well as anyone in the office are all great people to work with!! 10/10 recommend

While reading others reviews I am astonished that someone could feel that way about anyone in this office. I have been with Stewart Valley and Associates for the last 24 years and am always given the best options and experience with my insurance! I love that is is a family owned insurance business and their employees have all been there for at least 20 years and are very knowledgeable in insurance and really any question I have for them! I can’t thank Shannon Dean enough for being patient with me and answering my questions because frankly I don’t know a lot about car and home insurance.
