Absolutely the best staff ever! I have never met Mark but the girls who run the office are over the top. I can't even imagine going anywhere else. They respond quickly and are even proactive. They called me to say hey, you already have this here so you don't need it here... and helped me save money. I never thought I would be this excited about an insurance agency but this office is worth it Call them, it's the only call you need to make.

We have been with Meemic for years and only for the good rates. Customer service is absolutely terrible. The representatives are extremely rude. We have a second vacation home that the insurance agency refuses to cover and accused me of lying about the use of the home. The representatives are extremely unprofessional and always talk over you and then put you on hold to "go get your file" 6 times during a phone call because they don't know what they are talking about. After sending us an email about covering our other home .... a few days later we received a certified letter of cancelation without any other communication. When calling to figure out what we could do to fix it, the company offered no solution and no help. Absolutely a waste of time and money.

It is an insurance company. Your rates go up every year and when you need them they are not there to help. That is the baseline for any insurance company though. When we bought a new house they refused to insure it unless I replaced the roof within 30 days. I would not even own the house in 30 days. They were unreasonable and would not work with us. We never once made a claim and they treated us as if they cared very little for the 8ish years we were with them. I would say to avoid them but I believe this is standard for most insurance companies. EDIT: In response to Meemic's reply. They will not insure it yet other companies will. Never make a single claim and they refuse to give me any leeway on a new roof. Sad. You get a better deal by switching companies than being loyal to one. Avo

We got in a car accident on christmas eve (sat) meemic totaled it on thursday and by friday night i had another jeep, they were exstreamly nice and very helpful during this process. This was the first time ive had to deal with them directly and i was impressed!

I would not recommend them at all. They pass you around to different agents so it becomes impersonal. They tell you to fix something with out really looking at it or sending someone out. We fixed an expensive thing on our house and then they will tell you to do something else. They haven't sent anyone actually out to look at the house even though their office is located within the same town. It was a waste of time effort and money on our part. Not worth it. Avoid this company!
