Steve Swayne - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have had insurance with them for years I was always happy with them until today. I called in to ask some questions regarding my bill being a different amount and was treated horribly by the son. He was very rude I asked to speak to Steve and he told me he wasn't going to give his father the message to call me. Since I was treated this way I have switched offices I will not be dealing with them any longer. Do not recommend and it's a shame because Steve is a nice man but his son is who you deal with when you call the office.
