OMG, HOPE is a keeper in this company. The amount of education and patience within her is admirable for a state firm customer like me. No attitude via the phone but the peace with in is so calming and beyond. I ended up keeping the insurance and the renters home insurance due to the expensive increaseI was wondering all along. Called today and talked with a woman named Hope. She answered the phone happy and professionally. Was very sweet and knowledgeable of my question regarding insurance if I paid off my car. Also sent emails for me to so I didn't miss anything. So sweet and kind. Thank you Hope 🙏 your amazing and deserve a bonus or a raise!

I’ve been with state farm now since 2023, they handle my homeowners insurance and my vehicles. Anytime I need anything have questions no matter who I talk to As always, pleasant and helpful (I’ve primarily communicated with Scott & Hope) and they’re nothing short of terrific, accommodating and understanding. Very knowledgeable punctual when returning phone calls etc basically if I could enlist them to deal with all my other background noise (ATT&T, Starlink, Samsung etc) well I would because they’re nothing short of great.

Scott and Hope are great! They have helped my wife and I with a home/auto policy. Both are extremely attentive and will answer any questions you have!
