Steve Skidmore - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have had the best experience with this State Farm office over the past 2 years. I have always dealt with Abbe and she has been the best! I always have someone answer the phone and assist me right away. Moving out of state so I have to switch but I would highly recommend Steve Skidmore and his team.

Been w/ State Farm Steve Skidmore for nearly 30 years. But received 6 month payments.. double increases on both vehicles with no accidents, nothing has changed on our end. Spoke to John said to cancel...there was no trying to retain us as customers. Just said that we are paying for others accidents carrying state farm. Switched to Prudential. Premiums lower then original cost before Steve Skidmore decided to double all three vehicles and we've carried rental. I'm done paying for Steve's Corvettes and multiple extravagant vacations and sons Rubicons. We got two of our vehicles insured for the price of ONE!!! Double the coverage with half the deductible before they tried to double our cost. So..check around..because like a good neighbor your paying for his corvettes.

It is very sad when you’ve given someone so much money over the years, you’re not valued. I have such poor customer service in such a hard time getting insurance set back up on auto pay. All they were telling me was a go online then why do you have an insurance agent. I would wish the best for Steve and I would wish that he would pay attention to his workers. I would find a different agent.

We have used Steve Skidmore's Agency for many years. Steve and his office staff have always been very helpful and always available for us whenever we've had a problem or questions. We highly recommend them.
