Steve Rashoff - State Farm Insurance Agent

I got my driver's license back in 1991, Steve Rashoff was just another stat at that time. He spent the time with me we became associates and later became friends. He's been my insurance specialist for last 35 years. He's turned over the reigns to the correct personel. Barb and Michelle are my 'Go To' specialist when I have a question. I bought a Ferrari here in Newport Beach on July 6 and my current insurance company was unable to insure immediately. Michelle came through and insured the car within the same day that I requested and gave me a very reasonable rate. She was responsive, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Great experience. Steve and his team are amazing always there when you need them. Barbara is exceptional always there to help. When in need I know Barbara will always help. She has excellent customer service and responds in a very timely manner. Barbara has helped me with anything in regards to my policy to getting me insurance cards, adding someone to my policy, and any issues with claims. It was my first time getting insurance in California, and wow, this experience blew every other experience out of the water.
