Was told the wait time is 20-30 minutes. Every worker in here will just sit at their desk till they feel like calling you up, even though there’s people out there door. Happens every time I’m here, must be under bad leadership.

Went in today to get my international driver's license and man if I could give 10 stars I would Cynthia Ray was amazing! She made me feel like I was a customer of hers for years! Definitely will be back for any other travel needs!

I initially would have gave less stars because of how confused and angry the front desk girl made me when paying for my registration. She gave me all the wrong information and charged me all sorts of money that didn’t need to happen. Luckily! When I went back, Katie took great care of me! She politely explained everything that was happening and was sympathetic towards the whole situation. That girl deserves a raise from the way she changed my personal outlook on being a AAA.
