Very Disappointed with Customer Service I had a hit-and-run incident and even have video footage showing the other car’s license plate. When I reached out to State Farm for help, I asked if they could look up the plate or help identify the other party’s insurance. The representative simply told me, “We don’t do that.” I then asked what could be done in my situation, and she replied, “I don’t know.” That’s not the kind of response you expect when you’re paying for insurance and dealing with a stressful situation. There was no effort to offer guidance, next steps, or even basic empathy. I expected a little more professionalism and support from such a big company. This experience has really made me question staying with State Farm.

The way Luis talks about insurance he truly makes me feel like I’ve been a car guy my whole Life his enthusiasm his excitement u can tell he truly cares about his customers and not only getting them the best deal possible but also educating them as well with certain things. Which it’s cool it’s like not only am I getting a great deal but I’m getting information from a guy who knows his stuff. In the past I’ve dealt with ppl who just try to stiff you to make themselves look good. And it turns u off quickly. If I’m spending my hard earned money, I want it to be with ppl who care. Once I came down in person after speaking on the phone with luis I smiled and soft this is my guy. I had to make the switch from Geico to state. We need more guys like Luis, ultimate car guy!

This office is outright unprofessional There extremely rude They hang up on you when they don’t want to deal with you, i asked them to reopen an audit i have with workers comp and they refuse to open It there the only office that can do It as there office started my policy and they would not help. I have had a rep from State Farm do a 3 way call to try to figure out my situation , They said they would send the docs via email and still never send the docs. Silvana is truly unprofessional and very very rude

I’m giving a star because google would not allow me to give a -0. The professionalism with this particular agency is utterly disgusting down to the owner Steve Pante. Called several times in regards to help with billing issues, upon doing so Silvana who looks up all the information seems to be scattered all over the place and when asked a difficult question or can not answer a question begin to start being extremely rude. When asked to speak with someone other than herself she passes the phone to Luis Ramirez, who gets extremely sassy. Last but not least Steve gets on the phone with no professionalism from his employees you would think he can provide grade A customer service…he’s the biggest problem. I will be making a complaint with BBB. One moment your insurance states one price you pay
