It has been a pleasure working with Steve and his staff! I had a few questions and needed documentation which were answered/provided within a day. As more companies go with the AI call answering it’s a pleasure to talk with real friendly, resourceful people!

Update*** Deny, delay and fight, is what State Farm calls it. After reporting to the AG and the Bureau of Insurance, the decision was reversed and all damages are being fixed and paid for. Proof that State Farm can and will scam for whatever they can and while your insurance broker smiles in your face or is blaming you, they are robbing you. And you are correct you are MY SECOND agent with State Farm, as my old agent refused to remove my ex husband from the address he was removed from by a judge and with a PFA. I would like to especially thank Jessica for her calm and empathetic demeanor. She is always available and makes me feel like a priority. I called Jessica at the agency and she first made sure that I was ok and then proceeded to assist me with starting a claim.
