Insurance goes up after calling about any discounts on new work and they didn’t tell me, only found out from a letter I got in the mail from Erie.
This Agency is weird now. My Premium goes up by about 40% this year and no one give me a call for the renew to check with me . They seem to prefer to let the customer leave instead of getting the feedback from us. Something changed in their management team ?
Kind staff. Efficient processing with knowledgeable staff. Plenty of parking.
Called for quote, took 2 days to respond. Quote was higher then anything I had before. Do not seem to be interested in new busness at all.
