Steve Moore: Allstate Insurance

I appreciate when I call the Steve Moore office during the day, someone always answers the phone and is friendly and helpful. I feel assured and confident that if I had an accident or needed assistance, this office and team would be there to help. The last time I called, I was calling about a question I had regarding a letter I received. I think it was 4:59 on a Friday and the gentleman working there answered the phone and was ready to help. Very thankful for this agency!

We have been using Allstate for years, and couldn’t be happier with the coverage and service we receive from them! We appreciate their availability and willingness to answer all of our questions, address any concerns, and tailor coverage for our needs. We are grateful for such a responsive, helpful team, and certainly feel safe and in good hands with Allstate!

The last renewal of my auto policy was ridiculous and a terrible experience. There was no heads-up reaching out to discuss the increase, despite being with this Allstate rep for 20+ years. And there hasn't been any follow-up even AFTER having a very long and exhausting call, hoping and expecting that Mr. Moore would call me back. So no call. I guess I'll be looking for new quotes for my 2 cars and home, unless Steve Moore decides to contact me to discuss. He has my cell number.

Even though I’m an agency owner, I still have complex risk needs. Our team is very sensitive and aware. In fact, they make me review my coverage routinely just like everyone else. I’m thankful for this team of dedicated professionals!
