I've only recently completed the certification. The information was extensive and well structured. The training instructor (more like a guru), Chuck Papacrist, is always very detailed and he has extensive experience. He teaches with a remarkably-accurate intuition, consistent attention to detail, and it's obvious how closely he values each and everyone he meets. He also answers every one of my many questions and scenarios (whether imagined or real) with patience and respect.

Super great atmosphere, wonderful communication and an overall a successful team building experience! I will be recommending this team plenty of times in my life. Grateful for the lessons learned and the values they share.

The Instructor was extremely amazing. He covered all of the concepts with complete clarity and in full depth. The training involved role playing, rejection handling and many more.
