Doug Burg was highly recommended to me when i really needed to change insurance companies. I didn’t want to be just a number, I wanted a person who would help me with my specific concerns. Doug Burg did just that, he was on top of all the details and made the transition smooth and seamless. He bundled and lowered our home and auto insurance saving us a ton of money! 10/10 recommend Doug Burg!

I would not recommend this agency based on our recent experience. Throughout our time with this office, communication and policy management were consistently challenging. Premium increases were applied without prior notification, and we were only made aware after funds had already been withdrawn from our account. We made multiple requests to speak directly with Steve regarding our concerns, but were consistently redirected to other staff members. When attempting to remove a vehicle from the policy, we experienced repeated pushback from Stephanie. Despite clear instructions from the policyholder to remove the vehicle, we were asked multiple times to reconfirm the decision with the other named insured, which created unnecessary confusion and delays.
