I initially signed up with State Farm at Aurora location, besides one person in the entire office was very slow hard to get a hold of and just very hard to work with to the point where I would not even get a call back for weeks at a time so I had no choice but to leave and I’m glad that I did. Since the day I transferred to Castle Rock branch, I’ve got greeted warmly by the receptionist, Maddison helped me transfer all my policies and add additional coverages for my business and big shout out to Travis as well, never seen seen anyone work so quickly and effectively! Can’t say enough good things about this office, everyone is so efficient, courteous and professional! Very satisfied and highly recommend them!

I was a loyal customer of this insurance company for over 15 years, faithfully paying my premiums and rarely ever filing claims. Unfortunately, the moment I actually needed the coverage I’d been paying for, they showed their true colors. After filing two legitimate claims—both of which they approved and paid—they decided not to renew my policy. Apparently, years of loyalty mean nothing to them once you stop being just a source of income. This company talks a big game about “protecting what matters,” but it seems that protection only applies until it costs them something. Their customer service team was dismissive, and there was zero accountability from management. I would strongly caution anyone considering this insurer—look elsewhere for a company that actually values long-term customers

What a great process transitioning from a different insurance company over to State Farm. Maddie and Michael made the process absolutely seamless.
