I want to start by saying this is lengthy, but it needs to be heard. I was a Nationwide customer for nearly 20 years and never had a problem. Due to rate increases, I had to search for another company and was referred to Erie Insurance. At first, my experience with McKenzie (the agent) was positive, but once I became a customer, her professionalism declined. I eventually stopped dealing with her directly and began working with another office. The real issue began when I set up auto-pay. Like most people, I rely on auto-pay for convenience and to avoid missed payments, late fees, or cancellations. Unfortunately, I discovered by accident that my payment had not been withdrawn. Our previous Erie agent was located 2 hours away and we wanted someone local. Cameron is super easy to work with, he's professional and personable, and his staff members are great as well. When we transferred our home and auto policy to Stetler, I barely had to lift a pinky! Cameron made the process so easy and saved us a decent amount on our auto!
