Was told agent would be in office to address needs. Left number to call and set up appointment. No call. After lunch, visited in person... was told agent was out for the day. Phoned agent and was put off as non important. As of Jan9, 2026. Was just called a liar about my experience. I have call logs

1st off it’s a big IF you get a call back for a quote. 2nd consider yourself lucky if you don’t get a call back because they will link you with the worst insurance companies possible like Freistatt Insurance. Lower premiums aren’t always worth the trouble a bad insurance company will give you. When you have a claim you won’t be able to get the insurance company or Sterling agency to help you. Use a reputable broker like MHJ.

I called for a quote on a truck I had just purchased. Apparently my business wasn't needed, I'm still waiting. So one star for you!
