Shema and Marty at American Family are amazing people to work with. I have everything insured through them. Great customer service, highly reccomend.

They gave me a quote within 48 hours, the staff was friendly and polite. Advertised online as the lowest cost insurance in Missouri but unfortunately not true. Price was not less than my current insurance company for auto, home owners or flood even with "discounts".

As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Elizabeth. It was a very cheerful greeting and she explained what insurances American Family has to offer. She showed me different options. Overall, great customer service and I liked the fact that I could actually speak to someone in person versus a 1-800 number. Even after hours, someone is available. That’s a plus! Very great communication!

I was so pleased at how American Family Insurance always has great customer service, someone is always there willing to help, and Shema is great! They offer farm and home insurance which is extremely helpful to me. I highly recommend this insurance company.
