I recently switched to Allstate. I was recommended by a friend and it has been the best decision I have made in a long while. The team in the Clayton office is great. Stephen Medlin's team is awesome. They reviewed the best options for us, making sure our needs were taken care of.

Had to threaten to leave Allstate to get results. In the end they did the right thing. Been with Allstate 20+ years, real shame how they handled the incident. Stephen Merlin did everything proper, this was an issue with claims department.

Update from earlier post. My earlier post concerning my issue with roof damage in no way reflects negatively toward Stephen Medlin nor his staff. They are always friendly and helpful. My earlier post was made concerning dealing with the Allstate corporate claims department, not the local office or staff.
