I can’t thank Carrie enough for helping me change my insurance to Farm Bureau. My renewal with another carrier was going to be astronomically expensive for my three lines of insurance. I have been looking for weeks to try to find competitive insurance and had gotten very discouraged. It’s also very exhausting applying for insurance! But I found the process with Farm Bureau was absolutely straightforward and super simple. I am very impressed with this agency.

Kaitlyn Blackwell is an outstanding insurance agent that went above and beyond by listening to my needs and providing me with homeowners insurance and auto insurance. I have been a USAA member for 25 years and for some reason I was like many others in thinking USAA had my best interest in mind. WRONG! Kaitlyn cut my car insurance in half (zero accidents or tickets) and provided MORE coverage! Did I say HALF...yes, she cut my car insurance in half. When quoting homeowners insurance, USAA quoted me $7800/yr!! LUDICROUS! Kaitlyn and Farm Bureau came in at $3300/yr, again with better coverage. If you're tired of paying for Superbowl ads for USAA, call Caitlyn today. I promise you WILL NOT be disappointed!

The audacity of insurance companies to continue collecting payments while expecting clients never to have a need to file a claim is unacceptable, especially when they are simply middlemen earning a commission. I refuse to work with companies that penalize you for a service you're paying THEM for!!

I have been hit twice by policy holders of Farm Bureau and each time has been a bad experience. Currently trying to get my brand new 25 Honda repaired and they told the collision shop to put an aftermarket headlight instead of OEM. Just to save a few hundred dollars? Your going to put a cheap headlight on a new car? That is not acceptable and its wrong since your policy holder damaged it. It should be replaced. Many years ago my Genesis was hit. They did the repairs but my adaptive cruise control still didn't work properly. I tried contacting them but they never even called me back.

Adam Case and his team at Farm Bureau are incredible to work with. They were able to improve our coverage for both home and auto, and we were able to save money at the same time. Jessica Gonzalez also was great with answering questions, and helping with the transition from another insurer. Great customer service!!!!!
